With more than twenty years of experience, Mark Borghese provides business-focused advice and counseling to a wide range of clients. Mark’s practice focuses primarily on U.S. and international trademark law, Trademark and Trial Board proceedings, licensing, and business contracts.
Mark assists clients with clearing trademarks and helping companies manage and grow their intellectual property portfolios. His trademark work spans a diverse range of countries including the U.S., Canada, the EU, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, China, Singapore, Macau, South Africa, the Philippines, Mexico, the Bahamas, Chile, Panama, Columbia, Argentina, Peru and Uruguay.
Mark also assists businesses with a wide range of contracts including license agreements, letters of intent, and trade secret agreements. He also drafts a wide range of technology contracts including terms of use, privacy policies, and technology service agreements.
